The Downes Studio 6th Annual Art Show 2006 Four day show featuring an extensive Trail Marker Tree exhibit, paintings, tapestries, bronzes and prints. Mr. Downes will be present all four days. The Grove's Redfield Center is a National Historic Landmark, sitting on 123 wooded acres. Mr. Downes donates a portion of all proceeds to The Grove's preservation. SHORE Community Services, Inc. Fund raiser Mr. Downes will donate a piece and attend the event to help raise funds for those with developmental disabilities. Call 847 982 2030 for more information

May 12 - June, 2006 5:00pm - 9:00pm Tied to the Past IV Casual Dress The artist will be present at the reception. 16 foot Trail Marker Tree sculpture will be on exhibit during the show along with original oil paintings and tapestries. Arts in Northbrook 2006 Outdoor Festival Artist will be present will be present both days. Mr. Downes will be one of the featured artists along with over 80 other artists displaying their work. Gala of the Arts Historical Soldiers Field Black tie optional. Mr. Downes has been involved with Catholic Charities for over a decade, helping to provide the needy with food and shelter for Veterans, the homeless, and families in need throughout Illinois and the country. Golden Paws Gala Presented by the Heartland Animal Hospital Held at the Radison Hotel on Milwaukee Avenue in Northbrook Black Tie Optional Well behaved dogs are welcome.
